Remarks
| Brake disc cooling unit, which cools the brake disc within approx. 30s from about 200-250°C down to approx. 20°C (depending on the component) after the laser-cladding (hard-coating) process. It works with „normal“ water but even better resp. more sustainable with the emulsion, used for the following grinding process. Thus, the component is better to handle and can be immediately fed into the grinding machine, without transporting too much heat into the process/machine. This machine is new and works after a patented principle! We described the specified product with the upmost attention.
