The system has a table and two support trolleys. The baskets are placed on top of each other and side-by-side on each support trolley, allowing four baskets to be washed simultaneously. The support trolley is then clicked into a locking bay on the table and slid onto it. The table is pneumatically raised, allowing the baskets to be inserted into the wash chamber. The wash program is then started. The operator can create the wash programs and can adjust wash times, fill level, rotation, and drying as desired.
A wash program typically runs for approximately 25 minutes.
The system has one work chamber and two wash tanks (pre-wash and clean wash), a vacuum pump, and a drying unit. It also includes a bath maintenance system in the form of an oil skimmer.
